Clayton Hyder, Executive Chairman

Clayton Hyder is Executive Chairman of Geographe Enterprises Pty Ltd .  His role with Geographe Enterprises spans 35 years with 22 years as Managing Director.  He has a diverse professional background in private and government sectors, in strategic development, policy, manufacturing, marketing, customer services, human resources, quality systems and business processes. 

Clayton has also held several senior positions in companies and organisations outside of Geographe including Chairman - Bunbury Wellington Economic Alliance; Chairman - Bunbury Port Authority; Director - Water Corporation (including time as Chairman of the Water Corp R&D Committee) and Member - Regional Economic Development Policy Steering Committee. 

 He has been awarded numerous awards including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Retail, Consumer & Industrial Products division (Western Region, Australia) in 2004.

Lorraine Pedofsky, Chief Executive Officer

Lorraine Pedofsky is the Chief Executive Officer at Geographe Enterprises.  Throughout her service, she has successfully managed highly innovative e-commerce projects and business-to-business integrations putting Geographe Enterprises at the forefront of technological innovation in medium.  Lorraine has a strong educational background in Computer science and holds a MBA degree in Technology Management from the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers and Deakin University; a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology; and an Associate Diploma of Applied Science.  She is a professional member of the Australian Computer Society; was a member on the ICT Industry Development Forum; and was Deputy Chair for the South West Internet Committee.

Sam Hyder, General Manager

Sam Hyder has over ten years full time experience in the Manufacturing, Mining and Supply sector.  After graduating from Scotch College Sam commenced his career in a pragmatic way working in the Geographe manufacturing plants as an Apprentice and after successfully achieving his trade moved across a number of faculties “from the ground up” including but not limited to machining, metal work, fabrication, design, product development, workshop, overhauls, servicing, warehousing, storage, distribution, sales and marketing, operations and general business. After 10 years working his way up through the business and graduating with a Bachelors degree in commerce, Sam is positioned well to lead Geographe and the next generation of the Hyder family into the future and today holds the position of General Manager.  His background has ensured a holistic approach to a complicated business that will ensure future success.
