Geographe is an active force in improving the uptime of your valued equipment.  This is because our Bogie Pins are engineered to provide longer service life and most importantly they don’t leak. 

Geographe offers significant reliability on pins to suit D8 to D11 CAT dozers. Due to the unique internal dimensions of the parts, the bogie pins have been an ongoing research and development project at Geographe. At each turn Geographe has effectively proven the success of this product in field trials.  There is no substitute for quality - important equipment relies on Geographe bogie pins.

The centre bushing and core pin are case hardened internally to a minimum hardness of 60HRc and the bore of the Bush is molykoted to ensure a beneficial ‘running in’ period. In addition to these features, shafts are stepped to ensure that forces are contained within the pin during installation and not on the end welds. Duo-cone seals are also used, creating a reliable and lasting seal. Geographe hold stock and can issue off the shelf, additionally minimizing lead time. Bogie Minors are also available along with a large range of Undercarriage Parts.
