Recruitment Process
Employees are selected through a vigorous recruitment process to enable the position to be filled with the most suitable candidate.  Apprentices undergo an aptitude test prior to recruitment and all candidates are encouraged to demonstrate a proven track record in experience and qualifications. Identifying the need for a strategic staffing approach, scenarios are developed for future staffing, action planning is undertaken and recruitment, development, intercompany movement and attrition are redefined to meet business needs.  Geographe’s policies implement these strategic staffing directions and ensure that team members exhibit intelligence, sensitivity, patience, vibrancy, attentiveness and fluent communication.
