Recruitment Process Employees are selected through a vigorous recruitment process to enable the position to be filled with the most suitable candidate. Apprentices undergo an aptitude test prior to recruitment and all candidates are encouraged to demonstrate a proven track record in experience and qualifications. Identifying the need for a strategic staffing approach, scenarios are developed for future staffing, action planning is undertaken and recruitment, development, intercompany movement and attrition are redefined to meet business needs.
