IN HOUSE HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY
Geographe’s Heat treatment Centre is fully automated and computerised nature ensures a consistent, high quality product every time. We offer a variety of heat treatment processes within our modern facility – available 7 days a week at competitive rates.
Included in our facility is;
INDUCTION HARDENING
Vertical and horizontal induction hardening units cater for shafts 260 DIA x 2500mm long to case depths of 10mm.
CASE HARDENING
Two computer controlled fluid bed furnaces provide the flexibility for a number of heat treatment processes including: Gas Carburising, Quench & Tempering, Nitro-Carburising. Capacity: 550DIA x 900mm L.
